Ok so I don't know if its been good days or bad days since I last wrote. Its been fluctuating.
So yesterday I woke up nice and late and started doing math. I got so wrapped up in it that I was late going to fencing! I went and there was a new girl who I taught foil. Then I played foil with a really aggressive left hander (grr) named I forgot his name. Then I played epee, the best weapon ever, with George and then I argued with Jason and Mike because they are losers AKA sabrerers. How do you spell that? Anyway then I epee-ed with Mike and it was fun on account of epee is really fun. Then a girl whose name I forgot and Greg showed up and we went to the Quad to "finish" taping the fencing video. Jay and the other video guy showed up and we taped until 2:30. Jay said he saw my picture in the paper!.
Then I came back here to work on my webworks problems. It was absolutely miserable!! I had some amazing help from amazing people!! Thank you!! Anyway I worked (we worked) straight thru until 6:45 and I ended up getting a 73% which was the lowest grade I've gotten on any of them...by 27% so I was miserable but I figured since I don't understand it at all that's what I deserved and I had an RA/Floor President meeting and then we had a floor meeting. Woot. good times. We had a roommate game and Becca and I made it to the second round, but got kicked out after that because we don't actually know each other. haha.
then I went to Echo to practice my guitar and then I came back here to do homework until FOREVER. AKA until my internet shut off....this was also miserable!! I checked my email at 10 and I didn't have any new emails but when I checked my email at midnight I had an email from my math professor...wierd, huh? so I was like "oh man, she's going to yell at me for doing so bad!" so I open it up and she said, "Kelly, Great job on your webworks! I worry that you haven't started the next set though. They're due Tuesday night and if you wish to suceed in the class you must do your homework in a timely fashion. I hope that you've printed them out and are working on them. Professor Doer" Ok, so are we agreed she's a psycho? then I went to get my WW and the internet shut off so I went to bed. and I woke up and I was siiiick and tired and blaaaaah.
so I headed off to French class where he collected the essays...and that was the point I realized I did not write my essay! It wasn't on the syllabus!! gahhh!!! I completely forgot!! So he was like "talk with me after class" and I was dying all class. At the end of class he was like "just write it for tomorrow" he didn't even care. Oh man, I was soooo relieved. So that part was good. He also said he saw my picture in the school paper! I'm so hot.
Then I went for extra help with the world's favorite math TA. Then I got my second dishing of coffee because I was REALLY tired and sick this morning and I studied and then I went to global community which was WONDERFUL and lovely. Ok, so Alana and I have two classes together and we ALWAYS mix up our teachers and we were joking around about taking pictures of them and then comparing so everyone can see and we brought it up with our freshman forum teacher before and he said he didn't know Prof. Rupert so today I remembered my camera and I wrote "I have my camera today" on a piece of paper and turned it so Alana could read it and she started laughing and then after class I was like "should we do it?" and she was like "you mean should YOU do it?" and then everyone left and I was like "we have a question" and Alana was like "SHE has a question" and he was kinda freaked out and said he didn't know Prof. Bradley, but that they're probably the same person anyway so I took his picture and it was really funny. Plus the class was great. There are two funny quotes from the day, too:
The people were vacuming outside our classroom and making really funny noises and banging against the door and we all started laughing because it sounded funny and then the prof said, "AHH! ZOMBIES!"
it was great. Then later he said,
"And I had another point. Well, what was it, Mark? GIVE ME A MINUTE!" it was funny too.
Anyway that class was wonderful and then I went to calc which was bad as usual. But not as bad as it could have been I guess. Then I studied outside some more and went and took my World People and Cultures test which was pretty easy I hope. then I came back here and here I am.
Sorry it wasn't really interesting, but it was just really wierd. Now I'm going to go shopping for food (aka food shopping) but first I would like to say something...
There were some girls who landed in France...and they were us. A year ago today!
