Happy Thanksgiving!

So I'm home and I'm cold, but its Buffalo and snowy and my life and I love it.

Yesterday was what all good days are: full of friends and being home. It was great.

So Sunday we had a thanksgiving dinner at church and it was the typical church dinner- homeless people, priests, Congoese refugee children, and college students. It was great. Then I stayed for Echo and church and it was a great time.

Monday Sarah came!!! It was SOOOO awesome to see her!! We hung out, had a 7th Heaven party, and I did homework because I know how to have a good time. Tuesday I had French and then we found Matt B from Hamburg and Sarah drove us HOME!!!!

I looked for deer. Everytime there was a sign I would be like "Oh! Look! 5 more miles of fun!" and then I looked for deer but I didn't see any...until Sarah almost hit an already dead one on the road, but I missed it. I'm not very good at these things.

We got home at 2 and Matt's friend came and picked him up and Mark came and picked Marie and me up and we went to Starbucks!! It was so great to see them and to be in MY Starbucks again, oh love. Then...a Buffalo police car pulls up and I FREAKED OUT hoping...and then the door opened and I was grasping at the walls...and a tall black officer steps out of the car and I RACE out of the building and attack the officer!! SHAWWWWWWWWWWWN!!! He was like "I thought you were a crazy and I was going to shoot you" It was so great to see him!!! We talked and he stopped to hang out with us because he can do that type of thing instead of protecting the city, but it was so great to see him and he said he'd come yesterday but he didn't. Poop. Anyway we also got to see Ang which was great and we made plans. Then I got my hair cut (yay for being able to see!) and went to pick up my brother and see KIMBERLOO!! I also saw Martha Clark, Elyse Kennedy, Nick Rehbaum...and met Ang's boyfriend!! I love living in a village where we know every random on the street. I spent the night doing the "family thang"

Yesterday I got to sleep in, and then I headed over to Kim's house where I met up with Mark and we got to hang out with a new kareoke machine---CAN ANYONE NAME A DISNEY SONG SUNG BY A BUTTERFLY???--and then Marie came and we headed over to West where we met Meghan O and were REJECTED and not allowed in so we hung out in the car. At 2:44 we snuck in and saw lots of cool kids! and Madame, gossiped with Mr. Jarosz, and hung out with Ms. Leuchner. Yea, you know you're jealous. It was hot. No one else was there though so we'll hafta go back. Then we hung out at Kim's briefly and Christina came over then we went to my house to meet people to go to Applebees!

Mike was driving Kim and me in his hot new car and the policeman totally followed him down Delaware to yell at him in the parking lot. Hot. I called the policeman "pizza" because I have a one-track mind. Dinner was fun and yummy. I love that place. I miss CYO kids! Then Mike showed me his new house!!! Wow, Mike's suddenly rich and a gentleman to boot? What's up wierdness?

I drove Ben McCabe to new fencing...new fencing shall get its own rant at another time. it was..interesting...and it was fantastic to see Danny, Lisa, Brian, Martin, and it was cool seeing Marika, etc. and it was tres uncool seeing Joel AKA Chucky.

I drove Ben home and picked up Jessy and we headed to Spot which was a good time. I rock hardcore at driving. Elmwood and me? Best friends. I saw Tanya Sorenson and got to meet her boyfriend! She lives 20 minutes from me at home and at school. Crazy stuff. Downtown Buffalo's sweet times.

Dan, Mark, Marie, and I ended up watching "Saved!" and having a good time until WELLLLLLL into the morning and now its Turkey Day!

I'm thankful for things....but the holidays also suck when you've lost someone or someoneS over the past year soo...God Bless everyone...(and FC's mom)
