OK: Random list of random people I haven't seen in forever I saw yesterday:

and the creepy guy from karate!! It was NUTS!!!
ok so onto the story:
Friday after school my mom and I went to pick up Lizbeth (my Liz) and then we headed to the Adam's Mark downtown. (We saw a Manatoban! But not THE Manitoban!) We went to the Erie Ballroom where we had the fastest sign-in ever and were right behind Michelle so we all headed up to our room (656!) where we partied until Mrs. Seel came and told us to bring some stuff down to Janet so we went down to what, the 3rd floor? And Jose's there and we're like "we just hafta run this down to Janet" and he's like "noo!" but he let us in anyway and we ran down and this big pack of Life Teens walk by and one of them's like "yo! Hey!" and I was like "uhhh..." and then I realized it was Adam Jarosz!! From fencing!!!!!!! He cut his hair!! I was kinda in shock so pretty much all I was like was "uhh, your hair! its cut!" aww Adam's the best! So then Liz and I went to talk to Janet ("we're boys!!!") and then snuck upstairs via the stairs back to our room and we headed downstairs. We walked in and we got some seats... I think I should mention who "we" are: Me, Liz, Michelle, Laura, Amanda, Abby, Alex, Kristin, Jose (the Costa Rican Jigilo!! YEA!) , Dominic ("is it Don or Dom??" hahaahahahah), Marie, Kathy, and Mrs. Seel +Marghi and Janet who were still doing hall duty at that time. So then we had the opening ceremony brought to you by the biggest hearthrob in the Buffalo Diociese (and also the biggest womanizer...shhhh...) Micheal Postals!! and Jackie and someone else. So they were welcoming and exciting. We got to sing some of the best songs! "Yes Lord" and "Lord I lift your name on high" aww good times!! Then we found our banner which was banished to the back courner (you know its true. DG hates us!) and we saw Dave behind us!! And then we had the random wierd kid behind us and then Kim and Reggie Harris led us in song and they were AMAZING! We sang "Wade in the Water" and it was so much fun! Then we had the Reconciliation Mass and Confessions but I don't think any of us went to Confessions. Instead we walked around and talked to people. And watched WYD on Tv! (That's us! Where? That speck...!!) There was a clown and some wild times. The two greatest attractions (for losers like us) were: TTTYORHG!! (The 22 year old random hot guy!)... I mean... Convention Idol...! And the water fountain! Jk (One example about why I should be the best friend in the world: Liz was sad so I hugged her and then I looked up and saw the water fountains and I was dying of thirst and said, "awww Liz!... OOOOOOOH! WATER FOUNTAINS!!" and ran off with apologies! I LOVE YOU LIZ!!) (This is an example of why Brian's my boyfriend: after a slow dance the song was just ending and Brian was like "OOH! Water!!!" and we ran off and I was excited! Water rocks my socks!) Actually the next greatest venue was Father Leon's station (he tried to get Dominic and Jose right under my nose!) Also Dave was in charge there and Janet wanted to steal a Dioscese CD case and it was funny because she ended up giving it to a random boy ("you're in high school right?" "...yes..." "become a priest!" "ok" "YAY DAVE GIVE ME A CASE...RUN!!!!!!") hahahahaha good times!! Then we snuck back. That was great! Ok so by now its 12:30 so we go get our pizza and head back to our rooms because we're EXHAUSTED! And we eat our random food like those crazy poprocks oreos and goldfish. lots and lots of goldfish. And then we went over to Janet's because she had a pizza and Marghi had a pizza and we ate pizza then we went back and waited to go to sleep and then we woke up and it was even later on:
Saturday: VALENTINE'S DAY!
We "woke up" at 7 and I hit the snooze button until 8 or something like that. I turm to Liz and say "12 hours and 27 minutes" and she laughs because she was going to say the same thing!! We manged some breakfast and watched some Arthur on TV ("Jekyl Jekyl Hyde Jekyl Hyde Hyde Jekyl!!! Jekyl Jekyl Hyde Jekyl Hyde Hyde Jekyl!!!") And then we went down to the morning session about hunger. Good times. When we walked in, our pictures were blasted on the big screens!! It was our WYD picture with Dave near our tree we used to hang out at! I miss that!! So we watched our picture with 984 of our closest friends and found our seats. Then we watched the thing. Kim and Reggie Harris pumped us up by teaching us our old Girl Scout favorite: DEM BONES!! Ohhh Lordy made a garden fair! Dem Bones gonna rise again! Made Mr. Adam and put 'im in there! Dem Bones gonna rise again! I knowed it knowed it! Indeed I knowed it brother, I knowed it! WHEE! Dem Bones gonna rise again! (1...2...3...HUH!) (AMEN!) So anyway, then there were awards and we won the Ed Argi award even though our parish has a certain problem with Ed Argi...namely, don't tell anyone, but someone who I will refer to here only as "Fried Chicken" killed Ed Argi! Aww! I was so proud! (of the CYO not of Fried Chicken killing Ed Argi) I got to go up and shake hands with DG and Jackie and Mike Postals (short for Micheal) and I was almost as proud as when I when JORDAN WON CATHOLIC YOUTH OF BUFFALO!!!! I was so proud!! Jordan is the most amazing person ever!!! I was so proud!!! I just want it to be known that we were the ORIGINAL Jordan fans!! I gave him a Valentine and I gave Adam one and of course I gave my kiddos (aka the 15 people I was with) Valentines too. YAY ST. ANDREWS and YAY JORDAN! Then we had our workshops. My first workshop I went to was Kim and Reggie Harris' and a whole bunch of us were there (even though we didn't all sit together!) so that was really fun. I liked them alot. Then we had lunch (yea table 64! Last to be called! Thanks a lot Abby! I LOVE YOU ABBY!) And so we sat around waiting to eat all scrunched into our table. Good times! Then we sat around and Abby and I went to the bathroom and she got hit on my Micheal Postals (every girls dream...hahahaha) and it was the best pick up line ever "Hey Abby, what are you doing?" "Going to the bathroom" "wow! me too!" "wow! Maybe I'll see you on the way out!" "ok! maybe!" *inside the bathroom* "is he even allowed out of the Grand Ballroom??") Then we went out to our second workshop-- Liz, Janet and I went to "Good News for Teens" where we studied Psalm 139 and watched "The Truman Show" it was fun!! Then we went to the best workshop ever..hahaha...Father Gary's Sex talk!!!!!! Whoooo!! So almost all of us went to that one because it was the place to be!! We learned some crazy stuff...like how some people are really slutty (we've been dating for a REALLY LONG TIME....3 months!) And Father Gary was cool (yay CLI people--- I love you two!) And yay to Laura who overcame her drinking problems to come out and sit next to me and then boo to her for then decided to talk to Amanda OVER MY SHOULDER, OVER MY SHOULDER LAURA!! about how they were going to do a violent overthrow of the CYO! And they were going to cut off my head! And when I mentioned to Laura I knew they were going to do that SHE LAUGHED! For, like, AN HOUR! Anyway, the moral of Fr.Gary's talk was WE'RE ALL CRISP NEW $20 bills...and NONE OF YOU are just antique watches... I love you! You know you you are....Pepsi girl!! Anyway! By now its 4 and Liz and I start freaking out and I did my nails...but it took a million years and it was really difficult. Then we went down to get yucky dinner and ran back upstairs to get ready/ freak out. We had the greatest makeover party ever!! Someday we'll have another!! HURRAH!! Also: ABBY IS THE QUEEN OF THE WORLD!! She straightened my hair and it only took her forever (my hair's fault! not hers! She's awesome!) And Alex is never allowed to straigten her hair EVER. So it was really fun but then it was time to "go meet the boys" so we took a million pictures then met Dave, Pat, and Amanda's date! Somebody was late. Then Heather and Amanda and their friend came and of course there were more pictures because we all looked lovely and then everyone left and then Brian came and he brought me a rose. We danced and hung out and the music wasn't really too bad and it wasn't really too bad except sometimes I hadta hide behind Brian so that DG and Caroline's mom wouldn't see me and notice that I wasn't dead and was, in fact, just going to a different church. (shhhhhhh) Anyway, the dance was really nice and thank you sooooo much Brian for coming. I'm so glad you did! You made my day! I love you soooo much :) Anyway...:)
Sarah Sheldon was there with her friends (she wasn't conventioning, she was just coming for Cotillion) and so we talked and I introduced her to Brian (I like her SO much more than her mom!) and I introduced Adam and Brian and then Adam came up to us later and was all "I hope you enjoyed your dead seal" and I'm like "yea, like that hurts...just like you're coming back to fencing." Meh, I'm Adam and I'm coming back to fencing when I go to work at M&T instead of the Olive Garden. Whatever Adam. :) So the dance was great and we showed them to the door around 12:45 and headed upstairs. Then we went to change and "party" by which I mean beg God for curfew and I got out of my dress-- I love my dress I just want to say how proud I am that I GOT IT ZIPPERED! YAY!! Also, you know that wire problem I was having in the back of the dress? Yea...looks like the ugliest fencing bruise ever. I thought it was going to bleed. Stupid dress. Anyway, curfew finally came and went and they came in searching for drugs and boys (they found neither) and pretended that they had to tell us not to get up before 6:30 so we fell asleep immediately. We woke up later this morning:
Sunday:
I hit the snooze button for an hour and then we watched MSNBC where we watched stupid bush at NASCAR and Kerry win DC and Nevada was it? Jeez...DC why don't you vote Sharpton? Scary isn't it??? Anyway, then we packed up and went downstairs where we waited for POLSKA POLSKA (*clapclapclap*) and FC. They didn't come forever. Then we went to table 64 (the party/obnoxious table) and we went and got our picture taken with Jordan (so my film finally ran out) then I got my Valentine from Adam (which was, btw, hot) and then we went back to our table and FC and Jacek walked in so we chanted FCFCFCFCFCFCFC!!!! until Father Chuck came in and then we got our picture taken (classic: the people faces when Jacek went to jump on us. hahahahahahaha) (Also, Jacek's "what did you just say?" when we said, "POLSKA POLSKA (*clapclapclap*)) so then we FINALLY got food and ate and then we went into the awards ceremony and then we had one of the best Masses I've had in a really long time (WYD kicks their butts though) and we even got to sang "Wade in the Water" AND "Yes Lord" and Jacek was the official Deacon of the Mass and he got embarassed and we cheered like WHOA. Janet started the clapping pattern! w00t Janet! And then during "Yes Lord" Jordan got up and danced on the stage with the Youth Board. It was amazing. Then we went looking for Polska and FC but we couldn't find them so then we went home and here I am!!!
