its been a really long and busy week.

Friday actually lived up to all its hype--we hit up 3 museums and 1 historical marker all for free! then we went to canal fest, cafe aroma, and delaware park. Marie's awesome and I don't get to hang out with her nearly as much as I'd like to. The guy at the manuscript museum loved us so much that he let us in the one that's not finished yet for a sneak preview then he showed us around the other one. Sometimes historians are really lonely and I feel bad for them. Then SOMEHOW they figure out that Marie and I are nerds and they direct us to SECRET other history museums that turn out to be awesome. [maybe it was the shirt]

I haven't seen Kim in three days and its kinda wierd. I got to meet her friends briefly though on Friday, and they were very fun and nice. I still miss my Kimberly though!

So I'm pretty sure my mom's lost her mind. Try to figure this one out:
-I paid her back all the money she's recently decided I owe her (she decided she won't pay for gas or anything I bought all summer long, so my recent paycheck went entirely to the gas bill I apparently have to pay...damn Bush), so she took AWAY my credit card.
-I was grounded twice this week because I'm a horrible person:
1) I parked in the driveway blocking her in and she couldn't find her keys to my car (this is clearly my fault) and even though I immediatly came home and moved the car, I was still grounded Monday.
2) My mom made a rule YESTERDAY that before I'm allowed to use the car/go out I must do a chore around the house and walk the dog. Then she didn't let me use the car YESTERDAY because I didn't do a chore THE DAY BEFORE THAT, which, you may notice, is the day BEFORE the rule was invented. Then I wasn't allowed to go out until I'd done TWO chores AND walked the dog, and I still wasn't allowed to use the car.

I love that she treats me like this and then wonders why I don't want to be home all the time.
Maybe its because every time you talk to me you yell and start a fight????
This isn't going to make me want to be nicer to either one of you!!
And I think its his influence, because he's an asshole too.

Oh, and I'm not going to church alone today--my brother will go with me. Thank GOD he's home.

Next week is Warped Tour, and I'm excited about it. The week after I'm going to a concert every other day: Edgefest next Sunday, BSB in Toronto on Tuesday, BSB in Buffalo on Thursday, and Everclear on Saturday. I'm so cool!!! (NOT REALLY)

Last night I had a dream that there was a huge Mexican population in Kenmore and we had a big Mexican festival and the Daily Show came to it and Samantha Bee did a thing about it where she dressed up like a man dressed up like a woman and walked around with us trying to get men to hit on her. It was strange. But also, really funny.

We saw Pippin last night--directed by Ben!! It was REALLY AWESOME (for Pippin). I LOVED the "subtle" political satire...(Constantine choking on a pretzel, "don't mess w/ Texas", etc) and I love Ben, so it works out. It was very nice of Liz's parents to take me because my mom was busy taking the family she actually likes.

ok, I guess I'm done complaining. I get out of here in 18 days...and I'm not going to pretend I'm not excited. [I just wish I didn't have to go back to Syracuse. OH WELL]
