ts Birthday Time...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JANET!!!!!! I love you! I miss you! And I'll see you in two weeks when we will party and beat someone down. Yesterday I officially got a ride down, and now you know how much I love you!!!!!!! YOU ARE SO FREAKING OLD!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANG!!!!!! I love you Boots! I miss you and I'm glad we at least got to see each other over the break, but I miss you and I hope you're having a wonderful day because you really deserve it!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY FAVORITE SUPERHERO--Brian "Bunny Hops" Roche---oh man, he's like 27??? I hope that he still cherishes my pillow and I hope our pictures are on his desk and I hope he someday comes back to the one, true, team of fencing--THE CUTE TEAM. And I hope that he realizes that the other club SUCKS BUTT. And comes home. What a superhero! "Brian, I'm on Allegra" and "all the signs were lying to me" and the time when he had to spend the night in jail with a convicted killer?? And the time when he had to ride his bike with his fencing equipment and his cello? And he took ballet? I love Brian! I wish he'd come back.

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO SAM!!!!!!!!!! ohhhhhhhhhh man, I think the only thing to say is, "You may be getting older, but I'm not getting any thinner." Slut. My poor baby---I...yeah...Sam is 18 yesterday. He's probably already in jail.

This is hardcore fencing birthday week!

I have a big paper I need to write and I don't feel like it, so I decided to write in LJ instead.

Last night, Becca, Alexis, Meg, Jen, girlwhosenameIfeelreallybadbutdon'tremember, Hong-Diem, Jason, and I went to the mall. (I kinda figured there'd be boys coming from Shaw, but I guess Jason survived) (I guess) anyway we ended up spliting into the Shaw group (with their honorary Shaw member) and the other group was me, Hong-Diem and Jason. It was awesome. Because I can only think of one other time that there's been more girls then guys when I was with Jason and we OUTNUMBERED HIM. IT WAS AWESOME. Any arguement we got into, we WON! And she totally made fun of him and it was SOOOOO great. While in the middle of one of the funniest jokes I looked over and was like "I'm dead, aren't I?" and he was like "yeah." oooooops. But then I figured out something I hae to Lord over him (hahaha, play on words. I'm so clever) and he hardcore didn't kill me. He can't even fight it now. Anyway, thanks Hong-Diem. You rock... and sometimes my roommate's turning into a sorority girl!! kidding...ish :) PS--the bus drivers were AWESOME.

This morning I went to fencing--I wore my WAY hot knickers today for the first time. I gotta say. There's nothing hotter then HUGE fencing knickers. HOT man. Its all good. We saw some pictures of some WAY hot 60s and 70s SU fencers...or maybe I'm lying. Good times. I fenced foil and epee with Mike. I wish I knew how to fence. That would be so nice. Then we didn't get to go to Sadler because JAY had to steal the two of them. bah! oh well. I love the breakfast sandwiches here.

Oh, and the most interesting part of my day so far: my phone rang and when I went to check my message it was my brother and he was like "hi, uh...yea...I'm in Syracuse...at uh...Altered States...so...bye" and I was like "OH MAN!" and I freaked out, but he didn't a my calls and I don't get service down in the fencing room so BAH. I hope I get to see him!

I want to see my baby brother!! (shut up to those of you who know he's bigger then me!)

Eh...yesterday may have been the most dramaful day of my life. I love everyone though. Very much!

I think its about time I put a really depressing update. Instead of a really nerdy one.

You're never going to believe this...but...its the 3 year anniversary of the death of one of the best men ever to live.
Steven Hilbert, Broadway singer, Fencing Master, God's Older Brother...
there are no words for how amazing this man was. I've had my share of loss in the past three years (this one kinda set it all off) but this is one of the hardest for me to take...he was Steve. He was Santa. He was always there. Always active. Always Steve. Ready with a story and an anadote...or a quip. I was just thinking earlier today before I remembered what today was about this one time when we were fencing and he was sitting there and telling us about his time on Vaudeville and he was like "you don't even remember what Vaudeville is" and I was like "Sure we do! We learned about it in history class---ooooooops" Not a good plan. Not really thinking...but oh well. And when he used to tell me about when the milkman used to use a horse to get around. He was SOOO cool. I mean, he went bowling every Monday, fencing every Tuesday, Masons...he was so active...I don't understand it. Oh GOD I miss him.
Not to even mention the clear distinct difference between the Steve Era of fencing and the...rest of it.
Oh man, Elric came the week after! Remember? And he did Epee against Sam! And Sam had just began sabre, right? He had never done Epee before!!!! Ohhhh man. I miss Elric. I miss Sam. Sam's turning 18 tomorrow, can anyone believe that? I know I can't...oh man.
Have I mentioned how bitter I am that his obit read "Steven Hilbert, Computer Programmer"? Out of ALL the things he was--artist, artisan, Mason, Fencer, Fencing Master, Fencing Instructor, Mensa-dude, Singer, Performer, Fencing consultant...--that was by FAR the most boring. Wow...I can't believe how fast time goes.
Has it seriously been that long?
Has it seriously been that long since April?
Well Steve...there are those of us who still maintain everything you stand for. We keep your memory alive...and I bet you're secretly stalking to kill certain people...hahaha or at least making hardcore fun of him while you hang out with God's Older Brother...
Meanwhile...Foot in Jersey City, Pommell, "did you get your fashion from Kevin?", "yes, I'm Santa", the face in the window, his "office", everything...Steve, we love you. We miss you. And we salute you...
Thanks Les Amis (Lisa) for this picture...
Aww, that was my class too. I loved that pole too...

ps...BNL and Goo Goo Dolls make me sad and I want to go home.

If this was livejournal, I could use lj cuts.
But as it is, I won't clog up any friends pages.

So here ya go...sorry about this:

I hate myself...
*EXTREME NERDINESS ALERT!!*
Remember when I haven't updated for real in forever? Silly classes! Who do you think you are getting in my way like this??

This next entry, which I apologize for in advance, is so nerdy, I feel the need to lj cuts to save you. Read at your own risk.

So some of you may remember my past periods of extreme nerdiness that have surrounded my life beginning around 4th grade, 7th and 8th grade got hit up really bad and then 11th grade AP American...yes, my EXTREME American History nerdiness has retourned. Remember when Mrs. Otto couldn't read about sedimentary rocks in bed because she got too excited? This is me. Except cooler because its the Revolutionary War. Except cooler because its the Congress. I am dying to watch 1776 again. Anyway the other night I was attempting to get caught up on my reading (while highlighting and making sassy comments to the founding fathers) and suddenly I couldn't remember the third author of the Federalist papers so I looked it up and I was like "John Jay! Oh man! I completely forgot about him!" And John Jay and I are good friends, so I felt bad. Then I read the end and it was like "he was the last writier of the Federalist Papers to die" and I was like "whatttttttt?" because I remember Madison being the last of the Constitution writers to die because he wouldn't let his papers be open to the public until everyone of them is dead and he was the last to die. I'd believed this my entire life and all of a sudden my life was crashing before my eyes and I was freaking out. Why wouldn't John Jay have been invited to the constitutional convention? He was a very important man! And who did New York have other then him? Hamilton, sure, but he's an ass, Livingston, OK...but like after that's its pretty much him. Oh, and Burr...but Burr's a complete Loon (as much as I love him) but like I'd argue that Jay is more important then Livingston (I love him too) so like, I don't know. All I could find was that he was one of the most involved people in getting the Constitution passed in New York...so I don't even know. I was flipping out. Ask Becca, she was scared out of her mind---I was having a heart attack and sputing random words like this last paragraph. Eventually I went online and Liz was able to talk me down. Marie was asleep and not answering my calls and eventually I was able to get back to my reading. It was horrible though.

The next day (yesterday) my awesome, yet incredibly scary teacher had to make an appointment with each student to get to know them. We became best friends. He'll never ask a student to tell him about her parents again though--he felt hardcore bad--oh well. We were bonding and I found the McCulloigh book about John Adams on the wall and so I explained how that book had pleased me and we got into an intense discussion that eventually led to the founding fathers and it got political (he's a "conservative Democrat"??) and it led to my declaration that Aaron Burr's a psycho...and then I got kicked out. Awesome. We ran over our appointment. So I'll pretend that's why. You're only cool if you get kicked out of your teacher's office for being too big a nerd...

Soooooo we've also been fencing a lot recently, as usual. I have some hardcore fencing bruises which is good because I haven't had any for quite some time now. I fenced Greg last night in two weapons. I haven't fenced him in awhile, so it was good. There's a new guy named Mike (Greg's friend, also an ESFer) and he made fun of epee, so I hate him. Then Jason pulled out my baby. That was rough. Sometimes I forget how to do foil, which sucks because I really did know it, no matter what anyone here says--I have witnesses at home! Psht, right of way, parries, ripostes, continuing attacks, off targets---no one needs any of them. I have 7 on my upper thigh, one hardcore one (and some lesser ones) on my arm, and one hardcore one right where my purse strap goes. I fenced Mike last night (the real Mike) for "7 minutes of Hell" good times...

Also recently there's been some hardcore drama.... you thought you'd get something good here, did you? ohhhh the drama.

I really love Lipton ice tea from the bottle right now. The rasberry's ok, the lemon's better, but the green tea with honey is FANTASTIC. Its really super. Its the new mint lifesavers (last semester's lifeline). Since break ended I have rekindled my love for Mest. I love Mest. Obsessed? yes. Last night I only got 4 hours of sleep because I was busy reading about democracy and history and french and my writing class is even really fun. I don't know what to do with myself.

This semester has really fun classes...except... IR this morning (only my second class) was super dry. It makes me sad. I think its only the class. I know all the stuff, you know? She was like "Is globalization a new thing?" and I raised my hand and said "no, the name globalization is from the 80s, when the technological revoltion began and intensified the already exisiting although scarcly prominent interdependence and globalization." or something like that. And she was like "hmmm ok" so then she pulled up the notes and there was a no arguement, which is what I said and then there was the yes arguement which was "globalization is much better now" ...well yes, but it had to exist before to be better...so then she was like "what do you think?" and everyone else raised their hands and were like "I think it exisited, but intensified in the 80s" Damn straight. yea global community. Oh well, I still want to be a diplomat. I do NOT want to be a historian or an anthroplogist. So I'm going to stick with IR and eventually the classes will get interesting, right? Like the EU class? Yes...

Ugh, this is the worst entry ever.
Soon, I'm going to make one with my feelings towards the founding fathers. It promises to be awesome!

I don't care if you don't like basketball...

Whoa.

Syracuse is #4 in the nation right now in basketball. (#1 in the Big East)

Here are some highlights from tonight's game at Rutgers (final score: 86 to 84):

The win wasn't secure until Quincy Douby's 3-point shot with just over a second left rolled around the rim and out at the buzzer, leaving the sellout crowd in silence. The Orange are the first Division I team to reach 20 victories this season.

It was the 13th consecutive win for Syracuse (20-1, 7-0 Big East) and gave coach Jim Boeheim 20 victories for the 27th time in his 29 seasons at his alma mater.

It didn't look like Syracuse would have any chance at the 20th win when Rutgers led 54-36 after closing the first half with a 21-3 run...Syracuse had the deficit to 58-53 in the first 2 1/2 minutes.

Cheap sweatshirts--I mean--NCAA Championships---here we come!

I sell beer for those kids!

I may not be a boy, but I've been excluded from my fair share of boys night. I'm almost positive that you're supposed to have more boys then girls...because at fencing it ended up just being Mike and me. We did electric, which was intense. (Remedial electric 101 for me) and then some of Greg's friends showed up to do foil, and then the lovely gym had double booked the room so a dance class came in marking the first time there were more girls then boys in that room. Some boys night!

Last night's movie (crazy/beautiful) night ended up with the discovery of this very hot man. He is very good looking, (although not the only good looking person I found pictures of yesterday!) but the movie had no point at all, and angered me. Then we got enthralled in the stupidest show alive: The Newleyweds. I hate them all. I hate how Jessica is so abusive--all he wants is a husky!!--but yet, I cannot look away. I'm afraid I wasted my life away.

This morning I headed down to fencing and found Jason waiting for Mike so we sat there for awhile. Eventually we went in and laid down on the floor and tried to sleep and waited for Mike. Mike never came. We think he's dead. So after an hour, we went to breakfast. The best part of Saturday is eating downstairs in Sadler (where ESFers come from) and we get to eat like Kings (or in my case, a Queen) because food up here SUCKS HARDCORE. Over it? No, but I'll try.

Then I went to work. I didn't work Beer Central!! It made me sad! I was working a peanut/popcorn/beer/pop stand which I haven't worked since Columbus Day and it made me super sad, but its ok because no one came. I probably made less then 20 sales all day. Rachel, from Echo, was my supervisor which was sweet because she didn't have to ID me or anything. The Nick Carter supervisor said hi to me too. I hate not selling beer alone. I hate the Labatt Blue guy. Dear Dome Venders, no one's going to go out of their way to buy an "ice cold beer" just because you're screaming. Especially since its 7 degrees. Loser.

On the way out, I was stopped by two elderly security guards.
Security Guard One: Your shoelace is untied.
Me: Oh, thanks
Security Guard One: We don't want you to fall!
Security Guard Two: Not in this weather!

So this makes me wonder...does she want me to fall in other types of weather? Do you think she sits around thinking "I hope she falls in the rain"? or "I hope that Dome worker falls in the hail"...because that's just not nice!

"I'm actually glad I came here, because now I can complain. I know that I really do have it worse then other people"- my roommate, a true optimist!

Dear Professor,
that's not funny.
You think it is, but you're wrong.

Today wasn't as good as yesterday.
It was colder yesterday, but today it was really windy and snowing and everything. Bahhh!
I had an 8:00 class and Alana isn't going to SU this semester, so she wasn't in my class and I was upset. The class wasn't so bad though--its IR and I like IR (it being that that's my major) but the guy who was in charge of the European Union division of Maxwell (*drooling*) came to talk about some open spots he has for juniors and seniors in the Model EU, but last year, they went to the Netherlands and this year...for the long weekend of my birthday, they're going to...wait for it...wait for it...Fredonia. Yes. People are going from around the world to meet in FREDONIA. Like, these kids are like "we're going to America!" and they go to...Fredonia. So like, what if I join next year (when I'm a declared junior IR major) they send me off to the Fredonia of Europe?? That's the question. And I apologize to those of you who go to Fredonia who this has offended. But come on now...Fredonia??? RANDOM.
So she cancelled class on Friday and let us out early. Then I went to read the paper and drink some coffee. Then I went to Max123. The teacher is nice...but extremely anal. I can tell this class is going to cause stress. But I think its going to be a really good class. Kinda like AP Bio. Like I'm going to freak out and its going to be a LOT of work, but I'll be so smart afterwards! So then I went for a break and Kristin from across the hall was there!
Then I headed to English. I sat down in the classroom and eventually the teacher came in and said "Writing 205!" So I freaked out and looked at my printout which clearly said "Writing 195-Orange Grove 2A" which is where I was. I was trying to figure out what to do when the kid in front of me got up and started talking to the teacher. She was like "195? No" so then I got up and was like "me too!" So we went to the writing center, but it was closed!! So then we eventually found a writing department where they said our class had been changed to Shaw (which is a dorm where all of Becca's friends live, but I'm really bad at directions) so the two of us headed thru the blizzard and stopped for directions three times. Eventually we got to writing in the random basement of Shaw. Class was just about to end. It sucked. Sarah was in my class again though! And at the end, the boy asked if I wanted to study with him sometime.
So that was cool.
Then Sarah and I headed over to French which was a good time of analyzing a French story. It wasn't as horrible as it sounds. But where's my French boy when I need him?
Then I went to get books--so far I've spent $450. My new friend was there too so he showed me which writing books to get. Now I'm tired and I have homework. And fencing. So maybe I should do something.

look at me go!

I got to have dinner with Hong-Diem tonight though. That rocked. Because I have hardly seen her since I got back. And I miss Alana. I don't miss Becca because she's sitting right here. I miss everyone at home though. A LOT A LOT A LOT!!!

La Fin!

Wow....its cold in my room. This is so exciting! I love being cold in my room--and my wonderful wonderful roommate was able to make it cold in the room! I'm a freak and I always have a fan on, but my fan's down at home and its always a million degrees in my room and now its cold. This is so exciting. I sound like I'm being sarcastic. But I'm serious. She may not like to tell me important gossip (such as the fact that she got married) but she made the room cold, so she's ok in my book. She's the Jewish friend. (SORRY MA'AM!)

I'm really excited because although last night I was pretty miserable, Andy Banchich IMed me out of the blue! It was so exciting! Andy--ton visage est tres mal place sur l'hit parade! tu es aussi tres stupid.

Today was a pretty good day, all things considering. I got to sleep in til 11, do nothing, watch Unsolved Mysteries and then head to class. Sarah's in my French class, along with some random guy who recognized me from fencing (I didn't recognize him) and a new friend named Maria from Venezula. Meghan, from last semester's in my class too. We got Brenna, which is great because she's really nice and everything...but I was kinda looking forward to subtly mocking the supervisor. Oh well, I'll probably continue in French and get to do it some other time. Then I ran to Maxwell for my first history class--I can already tell this class is going to be my love. For example, we're going to be hardcore discussing the Election of 1800---an issue I have very strong opinions on. Also next class we're going to be talking about how the Revolution was such an original idea...anyway I'm going to stop before I get made fun of TOO badly (Marie, you can't even talk) but I'm just really excited because the teacher seems really cool and really excited about this even though he DID say that Tocqueville's an easy read which made me a liiiiiiiiiiitle nervous.

After that I ran back up here to grab my fencing stuff, dumped it in the fencing room, and ran to work. I own Beer Central. I counted and I personally should have made $12 tonight if I was allowed to take tips. We worked with Air Force guys today, and even though it wasn't our best game, we beat the stupid Georgetown Hoyas which was very important. Then I ran over to fencing where I was accused of being late, but it was all lies. There was a big crowd: Mike, Jason, Greg, Matt, and George. Crazy times ensued, of course. I had to fence sabre because I haven't used my new sabre yet. I tried again to decant my new baby. We also tried electric equipment. I did epee with Matt for awhile but dry. I hate left handed fencer. I don't think any read this. But if you do--you SUCK. And its even worse when you switch off because you feel bad. Why don't you just hand me my dignity on a plate? Then I went to Daymocracy which was even more annoying and useless then usual! Then I came back to shower, and do...HOMEWORK! gahhhh!

So all in all its been a good day--I even found someone to buy off Dan O's Notre Dame tickets! But I gotta say I have not missed my flipflops, or those stairs, or seeing Paul Kenline in the dining hall, or classes, or homework, or boredom...or Syracuse...

Sometimes I have too many pictures for life.
They're hot though.
So if the pictures aren't in the last link, then they're here.

Bahhhhhhh I am SOOO BORED. NO ONE IS HERE.
I miss everyone in the world.
gahhhhhhhh.

Well it was ugly but we made it this far
Some have gone but I forget who they are
Now the hangovers are worse but we get through them fine
Sleeping late but we're not lazy
Getting older but we're still crazy
I’m so glad that I have these friends o mine
It started out at a coffee shop in a most unlikely town
And there were casualties but we made it out anyhow
We stuck together through the good and bad times

Pulp Fiction, Blazing Saddles, and Fast Times
I’m so glad that I have these friends o mine

And jobs girls and obstacles did all but break us down
Night clubs and broken bands in every major town
And I’ve got your back, you’ve got mine
Like Johnny Cash said “I walk the line”
And you can always count on me for one last beer*

We saw the world and the world seemed smaller
We're getting wider but not getting no taller
I know we’ve grown up just a little lot of time
We're sleeping late but we're not lazy
We're getting older but we're still crazy
I’m so glad that I have these friends o mine
So glad that I have these friends o mine
So glad that I have these friends o mine

*not guaranteed :)

Oh man.

The Road Trip to OSU to pick up Kim was really fun and an amazing time was had by all. We learned many things--but this is the most important, that I feel the need to share:

How to Tell you're in a Gay Bar

1. Its on Gay Street
2. Boy George is playing on the TVs
3. Everyone in there is looking at Liz
4. All the tables are same sex couples
5. Newspapers there include "SegreGAYtion" and "The Gay People's Chronicle"
6. Have I mentioned "Gay Street"

Come'on though, Columbus--could you be more subtle??? Anyway so...I know this may seem hard to believe, but we didn't notice that it was a gay bar until we were leaving. Kim didn't even notice then. Ohhhhhhh man.

And there are many. MANY. more intense stories. For starters: Whitey, Winky, Orange Truck, ASHTABULA, Cadallac, Dublin, Jerkface, Mr. Invisible, the stalker movie, I am not a bus, our friends, getting splashed, Julie, High Street (for an hour and a half or so...), getting abducted by the UFO, the sky, the Cowboy bar (that was SCARY), Sleeping Beauty (Phil likes rainbows and lost the sword of truth and shield of virture...), my relationship (*ahem*) and my newfound adoration for going 90 in a 65...

Yes boys. I did 90 in a 65. I have witnesses.

I drove from Erie to Buffalo in the left lane. Going fast...I'm good at driving now! And its been 6 months since I got my license! And now I'm stranded again without my car or my home or my friends or my couch or my puppy or my life.

And I'm really mad lonely because no one comes in til tomorrow.

And the dining hall likes serving puke. But I got a bagel and a good Dunkin' Donut. So I guess that was good.

Sometimes we accidently go to Kim's house when she isn't there and its just me and a group of stupid boys (except for the ones who aren't stupid. no Phil, you're one of the stupid ones) So then Liz showed up and we made brownies. By that I mean, she made brownies. I wasn't even a good helper this time. Erik and I went on a road trip! Then finally Kim and Alex and her family came home. And KT and Graham even came over! And we didn't hafta watch football! And then Brian came and hung out with us! Because we were leaving and he wanted to be our friend. So we like him. Then the boys left except for Brian and then Luke came over!

I want to go home more then you can imagine.
gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
thanks for making this the best break ever though. you know who you are.

TOP TEN REASONS WHY BELGIUM IS HOT

1. The Mannekin Pis
2. Its adorable
3. The chocolate
4. The waffles
5. Eating Belgian chocolate covered waffles while watching the Mannekin Pis.
6. The cute little cafe in Brugges with the world's best toilet where we sat and wrote postcards.
7. Flemish.
8. Its part of Flanders
9. The fries
10. Belgium is just the best country in the world.

oh man. its been some crazy times.

Friday night was the infamous party hopping night starting with ice
cream at poor Marie's house. Then meeting Greg's girlfriend at his
party (and reassuring the girls there that although their guys are like our guys that technically the guys grown up and get better...technically.), then heading out to Janet's house where I saw a whole bunch of crazy kids and randoms like FC (Polska ditched, luckily we saw him on Saturday!). They also had amazing food. Then we went to our new friend Brad's house for a little while to party there and then we headed home to call the boys to see what they were up to, but none of them answered their phones so we got the hint and rented "Not Another Teen Movie", got free donuts at Dunkin' Donuts, and headed
to my house to watch it. Around 2:30 my phone rang and it was Phil who
was like "Sorry Kelly, I just finished fixing my roof and I missed your
call" so we hung up and Mike called a second later and was like "Sorry
I was grounded and couldn't get to my phone" and I was like "you
guys suck" and hung up and a second later, Mark called and was like
"Sorry, I just got back from taking pictures" and I was like "you guys
SUCK!" and we hung up and then it took Brian like 10 minutes to call
and he was like "Sorry, I was fixing my car...on Phil's roof...while
being grounded...and taking pictures..I'M SO BAD AT THIS!" and I
was like "YOU GUYS SUCK!!!" and this led to a crazy flood of phone
calls from them and like 18 hilarious voicemails later when it stopped. My favorite voicemails were "puppypuppypuppypuppy" from Mike; "Hi...oh! I'm sorry, I thought this was the mechanic! I am so so sorry!" from Brian; or "mmm..man sex" from Mark.

Anyway, on Saturday, Naomi, Marie and I had an awesome time in Canada. It was such a party. We did NOT buy cheese at the holistic cheese shop. We drove down Dominion Rd. for 18 hours and found a really sketch fireworks shop. We also had some issues at the border (what did you do? we went shopping! where? some random shops...) That night there was a CYO dance which was INSANELY populated because we had like FORTY CYO kids and 150 students?? wow. It was intense. Then we all went to Applebees...they hate us there. yea Buffalo sweatshirt ex-Prez cult!

On Sunday I went out to breakfast with the three presidents which was very nice because I miss them. And we needed to talk :( anyway then I went shopping with my mom and I got a printer!!! and a new coat! It was good stuff. Then I went to the CYO meeting (I went to a WYD meeting because I AM going) and then people came over to my house to play cards. Then at 11 we went to Brian's to watch "Boonedock Saints"---mmmmm...hot Irishmen = love.

On Monday, Liz and I were going to the Niagara Factory Outlets with Sarah and after we picked her up, Mike called and INVITED US TO GO SEE HIS NEW PUPPY!!! Sometimes that makes my life. It was soooooooo cute. I love puppies! they're like babies! but furry!! I love puppies!!!! Don't take this the dirty way though. Because that's just nasty. But it was a baby!!!!!!!!!! Awww, baby. Anyway. Then we went to the mall and I got some really cheap jeans at Gap and Old Navy. And I got Dublin Ice Cream. mmmm...Irishness = love. Then we dropped Sarah off and went shopping on Elmwood where I bought a really hot orange purse and some CDs and then we went to fencing where...no one we liked were there.

LISA AND LESLIE AND EVERYONE ELSE?? WHERE WERE YOU??? It made us sad! Joel was having a class! Was he suppose to be having a class? we were confused!!!

we fenced for a little while but then Liz had to go, and I'd rather die then join Joel's class so I left too and went home where we planned to go to Phil's to play cards and then we went to Brian's to watch "Funny Farm". We even got to see Erik! yay!

This morning I had to bring my car in to the shop so that we could ROAD TRIP TOMORROW and I had breakfast with Meghan O and Liz and a special friend ;) (who's really hot) and then I went to the dentist and got my car and planned THE ROAD TRIP TOMORROW and went shopping for THE ROAD TRIP TOMORROW. And now we're going out to ice cream with Sarah and Heather and then Girl's Night at my house!

Tomorrow->Friday we'll be in Ohio!
Friday night we need plans.
Saturday night-->a huge party where we see everyone in town.
Sunday--> back to SU :(
Monday--> get books
Tuesday-->classes start AKA kill self.

New Years Eve Posted by Hello

I had gone three days without an email from him. But today I got one :(
During it he told me about how American students are stupid and can't do anything right. Thanks bud. I really want to be your friend now!!

Yesterday I forgot to say that on the 3rd we went to West and on the 4th we went to see Stuhlmiller!! And then the mall, Barnes and Nobles, Starbucks, and Teds. It was all fun. Last night we actually made it to Buffalo Wild Wings and had fun there. Then we went to Brian's house to play cards. this afternoon I went to the museum and it was fun too!

anyway, here are some pictures from my old camera which I've scanned in already. There are more from my digital coming later!!
These are pictures of my friends at school!
And these are some of the crazy kids here.
So...I hope you enjoy them and I'll talk to you soon!

So anyway...
The 3rd-Liz and I went to fencing, but it turns out that no one loves us because it was kinda closed so I showed her around. The only person who showed up was Joel's minion the guy from the newspaper who wanted to take pictures of fencers. Then we went to Spot and decided to go to invite kids to my house to play cards (we made cupcakes! aka liz made cupcakes) then we drove around, but Dan O is a SCARY driver but then we went to the Olympic (where we saw Colleen and Nora again! It was crazy!)and then we got a ride with Phil because he's not as scary as Dan O!!
The 4th-We attempted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, because we forgot about silly college football so then we headed to Liz's to think of a new plan, which never really happened. We hung out and ordered BUFFALO PIZZA. mmmm...crazy times.
The 5th- My mom wanted me to accompany her to the drs office so I went with her and then on the way back we stopped at the Galleria so I could get a cheap Buffalo hoodie-yay! And I saw my cousin Carrie and we ended up talking for like 20 minutes. So it was really cool to see her. Then when I got home I picked up liz and Greg and we headed to fencing. Fencing was AMAZING. It was Lisa's birthday so we partied. Plus I think mostly everyone who's old school who hasn't already betrayed us were there: Lisa, Liz, Danny, Tom, Shawn, Brian, Ian, Leslie, Noah, Ben, Greg...it was a party! We did an epee tournament and then I fenced epee with Brian and Ben and foil with Diz. Danny and Ian taught the new beginners including Elric "Adam" McCabe (there were like 20!) and the second stupidest fencer in the world taught the thousands of intermediates who we didn't recognize (the other half of the open did a foil round robin) Anyway. It was spectacular to be back and to see everyone. It was so fun.

Tonight: Buffalo Wild Wings, take 2
Tomorrow: Science Museam then party hopping!!!
Saturday: Canada then CYO dance and Applebees
Sunday: shopping with mom...plans for that night?
Monday: Outlet Mall shopping with Liz, Sarah and Heather. Fencing at night, plans for later?
Tuesday: I'm not sure.
Wednesday: Go to Ohio State?
Thursday: Ohio State
Friday: Bring Kim home!! (Mad hangout plans!)
Saturday: not sure.
Sunday: go back to Syracuse :(
I don't want to go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quotes of the Week
Back by popular demand, I decided to begin "Quote of the Week" emails again this year.

If you would like to stay on the email list, get off of the email list, or want to get on the email list, leave a message and I will follow your wishes.

if you don't care then you can leave a message to say that too. I'll probably just leave you on. (if you don't say otherwise, I'll just send them to the old list)

if you have a funny quote that you think might be quote of the week worthy then leave a comment or email me, I'm always looking for a new quote.

for example, the quote of last night was:
"you need a girlfriend even worse then he does--and he wants to kiss a deer!" -Phil

the quotes of this week are:
"Look Erik! Its a sweater for MEN! Like YOU!" - Briana
and
"If your parents didn't have kids then chances are you won't"

so I'll update on some crazy times later, I just want to know. Thanks!

Monday, January 03, 2005

I love you guys. I just want you to know that. And if you've left--I MISS YOU!

So its finally 2005. 2004 is gone and done. Its a year I'll never forget, but the good memories in there are sadly too few and far between. Moving on.

New Years Eve was very fun. I was with most of my favorite people in the world and it was so great! I have pictures of the hotness but I can't post them til I go back. Then LOOK OUT because its picture time. And we're HOT. Liz and I even ended up hanging out with the BOYS until 5!! Imagine! Boys! poor liz and her girls school.

New Years Day was super fun too--midnight plans at Lasertron. Yea BLUE! (yea fencing Blue too!) But for all that is Holy--we leave for 3 months and they change Lasertron into multilevel?? And change everything? Change SUCKS. Then we KINDA got kicked out of IHOP (no OINK) so instead we went to Dennys where we partied until like 3 and saw Liz Loder and Alyssa Hemister!! yay! and...OINK!! We're popper friends!!! We're friends because we pop! The guy totally loved us and gave us stuff. I felt really bad for Kim at her table though--sorry Twirp. My brother came along to hang out with Alexander George Moyer. Oh man, and Dan O made a random best friend for life because he was wearing a Bills jersey and was like "I love you" and we were like "do you two know each other?" PS--RIP Buffalo's chance at the Super Bowl--THANKS A LOT STUPID PITTSBURGHERS! YOU SUCK! AND YOU CAN'T SAY CARNEGIE!!!! haha. PPS--if you're driving in Kenmore and need to get from Colvin to Delaware? Don't take Grimsby. It just doesn't work. (I've only lived here for 16 years so shut up!) You always get to see new things when you're driving with me!

So then the 2nd- I kinda went to bed at 5 and--I'm not proud of this fact--I've never slept this late before in my LIFE--but my mom kinda woke me up at 4:15. Ooooooops. At 8 I went to Marie's because she got a new poker table. And its good to be able to sit at the bar and have the boys play pool/poker in the same room so that it looks like we're friends. We don't segregate ourselves...ok so maybe we do. But we're still friends and I still love you!

Haha, kiddos go back to school tomorrow. Awwww I want to go back to West tomorrow. The plan is to do so. And then to go to fencing!! yay!

On the stalker front. I gotta say he's sent me 21 emails since I left for camping. So that's in one week. Yeaaaaaa. So its stalker quote time--he was talking about something he wants to add to his bike and he said:
Also, the basket on the front of his bike is a very convenient device. These tiny things are a part of daily living skills if you or your future husband has a bike. When you mention this knowledge to your husband in the future, please don’t forget to mention you leaned this from weixion qiu, a stupid guy you kicked away so proudly many years ago.

Its funny because apparently I'm a huge jerk. Eh, its time for me to run, but before I do, I gotta say a few things about the paper today. As for the ins and outs of 2004/2005--they said that blogs were out and thefacebook.com is in....yea facebook!! But blogs are NOT out. Yuenglings rule though. I sell beer. I sell that at Beer Central. Awesome. and BRATZ are NOT OUT. Screw that.

And screw Dave Barry quitting...he WILL come back. He MUST COME BACK. I love him :(
